Launching March 8th, 2017 – The B Squad™ Beginners Boot Camp

My 8-week boot camp for beginners is going to target not only all of those trouble spots, but it will also target trouble behavior!

Boot camps are held at Fitness Zone, which is located at 5715 W. Market Street in Greensboro!

Group Fitness Classes

If boot camps aren’t your thing, or if you just completed a boot camp and want to get plugged into a more permanent class, you can join an ongoing group fitness class specifically geared to burn fat, build lean muscle and increase your cardiovascular endurance. These classes will incorporate a combination of weight resistance, body weight exercises, and circuits or interval training. They are great for the on-the-go mom or working professional because you’ll be in and out of a full body workout in under an hour. The best part? Most of the workouts won’t require any special equipment and are meant to be adapted for home, so you can also work on your skills outside of the class!

The only requirement for this class is to be able to safely get up and down off the floor. If you can do that, I can adapt any exercise to your fitness level. Class times for 2017 to be announced soon!


Yoga Classes

I am also a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor. I am a certified BUTI Yoga® instructor, specializing in a high intensity blend of plyometrics, tribal dance, primal movement, and yoga.
