I am excited to launch an eight week program designed specifically for improving mobility, flexibility, range of motion, and performance. Geared towards active adults, athletes, or anyone that faces challenges with mobility or chronic pain from repetitive injury, this weekly class will focus on learning a variety of yoga poses and postures. This program is not a traditional yoga class, and will not include mantras, meditations or advanced breathing techniques.

Program Fee: $119 for eight weeks

Sessions are sold in a pack; you may transfer class to someone else if you can’t make it to that session, but no sessions will be refunded.

Sessions will be located at Fitness Zone in Greensboro, located at 5715 W. Market Street. Bring a yoga mat!
