If boot camps aren’t your thing, or if you just completed a boot camp and want to get plugged into a more permanent class, you can join an ongoing group fitness class (I call them semi-private training sessions) specifically geared to burn fat, build lean muscle, and increase your cardiovascular endurance. These classes will incorporate a combination of weight resistance, body weight exercises, and circuits or interval training. They are great for the on-the-go person or working professional because you’ll be in and out of a workout in under an hour. The best part? You won’t be working out alone, and you’ll have me there to push you to your limits!
The only requirement for this class is to be able to safely get up and down off the floor. If you can do that, I can adapt any exercise to your fitness level.
Current semi-private sessions run 45 minutes with limited openings. VIRTUAL SESSIONS are also available as a COVID-19 safety precaution.
